Katherine Worthington

Stone Carver & Sculptor

St Paul's Cathedral

2003 - London, UK.

As part of her 4 year employment with Stonewest LTD Katherine restored St Paul's Cathedral. She carved stone leaves to the pilaster capitals and an architecturally decorative panel.

She was also chosen to carve (half a Corinthian capital) up high on the south west bell tower in Portland stone. As a result of this work she was offered permanent employment as a stone carver by the clerk of works, which she declined due to her workload. See testimonial letter for St Paul's job offer.

The respected architect Martin Stancliffe and surveyor to St Paul's was also very pleased with her work, see his testimonial letter for Katherine.
