2 x heraldic shields, minature copies of the main sheild. She returns annually to carve each new Lord Mayors' name on the wall.
2007 - Darnley Mausoleum, Kent, UK.
Heraldic coat of arms 1.5 metres high x 3 metres. Comprised of a shield with two griffins, a crown and a motif.
2008 - The London Hippodrome Lion and Unicorn, Leicester Square, London, UK.
2 x 2 metre tall statues. Including miniature book ends given to Lord Salisbury.
Katherine’s welcomes heraldic commissions. They can be large or small. 3 Dimensional sculpture, high relief carving that projects out from the wall or a relief incised carving or outline, (similar to an etching), carved into a wall or on a separate plaque.
She offers creative suggestions, ideas on materials including modelling, design and discussions of stone techniques.
Katherine produces a model of the shield in clay or wax to help her with the stone carving.
She installs her work and welcomes large contracts for which she may engage subcontractors.
